With over 30 years of success within the recruitment industry, Carole leads a strong team of consultants as they continue to provide a personalised recruitment service to both clients and candidates. Her leadership style encourages individuality which allows each consultant to reach their potential within a professional environment. Her areas of expertise are recruitment, communication, motivation, training and providing insightful solutions to the retention, development and recruitment of staff for businesses that are experiencing difficulty maximizing their own employee potential.

Liz joined Carousel when it was first established and likes to make a real difference in the recruitment process. So what makes her different? Her honesty and integrity.
Liz is passionate about what she does and will always go above and beyond to make sure her clients receive the very best service possible. Because of this, Liz's clients trust her and she is very proud of the relationships that she has built and strongly maintained over the years.
Lea heads the Temporaries Division. Lea herself has recruited across the board and has successfully maintained and developed some extremely close working relationships with clients and candidates alike, many of whom have remained with her for many years. She is an outstanding Recruiter with over 20 years experience and can always be relied upon for her efficiency, dedication, caring nature and loyalty.
What makes her heart sing? Her favourite football club, friends and the usual tipple.
Dawn joined Carousel in 2007, after leaving one of the big 'high street' recruitment agencies. She appreciates how much better a personal service is for clients. Dawn has developed a diverse and loyal client base, from professional services to media. Dawn is tenacious and can always find that 'person for a specific requirement using her down to earth, transparent and totally dependable style.
What makes her heart sing? Taking her beautiful little dog Lollie for lovely long walks.
Sarah’s passion is to grow and nurture all client relationships by providing them with talented individuals and a reliable recruitment service. She has a strong sales background and has worked in B2C and B2B sales, and sales development. Sarah’s clients benefit from her high level of customer service, organisational and communication skills as well as her keen eye for detail. Working at Carousel has taught Sarah that having a strong supportive team who work together, communicate and assist each other in anyway possible, is how you give the best possible service to clients and candidates.
Alyson is an experienced Recruiter with a passion for working with growing organisations; she is a dedicated networker who relishes meeting new professionals. Alyson thrives when she has a thorough knowledge of a client’s business and prides herself on her ability to identify calibre applicants and match candidates to a client’s culture.
Owen's area of expertise is in the identification of his clients’ needs in an expedient manner with the minimal of fuss. Having extensive experience in the sales arena, Owen is comfortable establishing sales teams for companies looking to expand their market share. Complementing this, Owen has successfully placed support staff up to and including management roles in areas such as IT, Finance, HR, Marketing and Administration.
Gabi is an exceptional Temps Controller with a huge fan base of satisfied clients who now depend on her to deliver, when asked, skilled, vetted and calibre temps. Her ability to provide tailor-made solutions to her varied client base makes her in demand as she relentlessly drives to provide a seamless service to ensure minimum disruption to the permanent staff.
Gabi's customer service background magnifies her ability to create lasting relationships built on honesty and integrity.
Emma has more than 10 years recruitment experience, specialising in a number of industries.
Her wealth of knowledge and skills, together with a personable and professional nature, ensures she confidently builds successful relationships with all her clients and candidates and is, therefore, able to recruit at all levels from entry level staff through to senior management.
Since joining Carousel Emma has gone from strength to strength regularly impressing new clients and winning new business.

Heidi joined Carousel in 2005 as a recruitment consultant. With her talent for both client and candidate management, she quickly became our Float Consultant, confidently managing all of Carousel's clients whenever the key account managers were absent.
Since leaving Carousel on maternity leave, Heidi has now returned in the capacity of Copywriter and Advertising Executive, writing recruitment adverts, marketing literature and website content.
What makes her heart sing? Her husband and three young children, time with her friends and finishing a warm cup of coffee!
Jen joined Carousel in 2016 as our Payroll / HR Administrator and works from home in Norfolk.
Jen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Finance and Payroll and is CIPD qualified. She looks after all our staff as well as keeping all our temps happy - ensuring they are paid correctly, and processes all the accounts on Tempaid.
What makes her heart sing? Spending family time with her daughter and a few glasses of prosecco with family and friends.
