With over 30 years of success within the recruitment industry, Carole leads a strong team of consultants as they continue to provide a personalised recruitment service to both clients and candidates. Her leadership style encourages individuality which allows each consultant to reach their potential within a professional environment. Her areas of expertise are recruitment, communication, motivation, training and providing insightful solutions to the retention, development and recruitment of staff for businesses that are experiencing difficulty maximizing their own employee potential.

Liz joined Carousel when it was first established; she has an incredible amount of knowledge and experience and likes to make a real difference in the recruitment process. Liz is passionate about what she does and will always go above and beyond to make sure her clients and candidates receive the very best service possible. Liz is very proud of the relationships she has built and strongly maintained over the years and her continued success ensures clients and candidates return to her for assistance time and again.
Specialising in Mid to Senior Executive level recruitment across all sectors including HR, Marketing/PR, Operational Support, Legal and Finance, Liz works from both the London office and from her office in Lymington, which enables her to service Dorset and Hampshire clients as well as her extensive London client base.
Lea heads the Temporaries Division. Lea herself has recruited across the board and has successfully maintained and developed some extremely close working relationships with clients and candidates alike, many of whom have remained with her for many years. She is an outstanding Recruiter with over 20 years experience and can always be relied upon for her efficiency, dedication, caring nature and loyalty.
What makes her heart sing? Her favourite football club, friends and the usual tipple.
Dawn joined Carousel in 2007, after leaving one of the big 'high street' recruitment agencies. She appreciates how much better a personal service is for clients. Dawn has developed a diverse and loyal client base, from professional services to media. Dawn is tenacious and can always find that 'person for a specific requirement using her down to earth, transparent and totally dependable style.
What makes her heart sing? Taking her beautiful little dog Lollie for lovely long walks.
Alyson is an experienced Recruiter with a passion for working with growing organisations; she is a dedicated networker who relishes meeting new professionals. Alyson thrives when she has a thorough knowledge of a client’s business and prides herself on her ability to identify calibre applicants and match candidates to a client’s culture.
Owen's area of expertise is in the identification of his clients’ needs in an expedient manner with the minimal of fuss. Having extensive experience in the sales arena, Owen is comfortable establishing sales teams for companies looking to expand their market share. Complementing this, Owen has successfully placed support staff up to and including management roles in areas such as IT, Finance, HR, Marketing and Administration.
Max joins Carousel’s Kings Lynn team and brings with him years of experience within the Care Sector. Transferring his many skills to benefit a wider audience, Max’s expertise covers IT and manufacturing and finding that proverbial needle in a haystack.
Max is the consummate professional whose interests include sports and social media; he uses his amazing IT ability to source and select candidates that are elusive to less experienced operators.
Caroline has been part of the Carousel team since 1995, and over the years has worn hats in Recruitment, Advertising and Marketing. Returning to her roots Caroline now brings her expertise as a dedicated Account Manager for one of our international digital publishing clients, recruiting B2B bilingual Sales Execs for a brand new global team.
Joanna has extensive experience in sourcing talent, developing business and client account management for a variety of sectors which include Oil and Gas, Mining, Construction, Engineering, Financial Institutions and other lifestyle organisations. Role has included Contracts and Procurement, Project Engineers/Managers, IT and Info management, Finance & Accounting and Sales & Marketing.
Having been based in the UK and then Australia (for the last 8 years), Joanna has gained international exposure conducting business across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, North America, Asia and Australasia.
Joanna enjoys partnering with clients to add value by providing an honest, efficient and professional recruitment service; this has enabled her to forge strong relationships and quickly gain the trust of both new and existing clients.

Heidi joined Carousel in 2005 as a Recruitment Consultant. With her talent for both client and candidate management, she quickly became our Float Consultant, confidently managing all of Carousel's clients whenever the key account managers were absent.
What makes her heart sing? Her husband and three young children, time with her friends and finishing a warm cup of coffee!
Jen joined Carousel in 2016 as our Payroll / HR Administrator and works from home in Norfolk.
Jen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Finance and Payroll and is CIPD qualified. She looks after all our staff as well as keeping all our temps happy - ensuring they are paid correctly, and processes all the accounts on Tempaid.
What makes her heart sing? Spending family time with her daughter and a few glasses of prosecco with family and friends.
