Liz joined Carousel when it was first established; she has an incredible amount of knowledge and experience and likes to make a real difference in the recruitment process. Liz is passionate about what she does and will always go above and beyond to make sure her clients and candidates receive the very best service possible. Specialising in Mid to C-Suite level recruitment across all sectors including HR, Marketing/PR, Operational Support and Legal and Finance, Liz works from both the London office and from her office in Lymington, which enables her to service Dorset and Hampshire clients as well as her extensive London client base.
With over 30 years experience managing temporary staff, Lea is an exceptionally knowledgeable recruiter; she has successfully maintained and developed extremely close working relationships with clients and candidates alike, many of whom have remained with her for many years.

Dawn is a tenacious, honest and gifted recruiter with almost 30 years experience in the industry. Dawn has recruited for, and placed exceptional candidates in, organisations in sectors that include Oil and Gas, Property, Finance and Legal, as well as Charities and Non-profits.
Dawn is passionate about talent sourcing and rises to the challenging task of finding suitable individuals for our clients.
Owen's area of expertise is in the identification of his clients’ needs in an expedient manner with the minimum of fuss. Owen has worked alongside Carousel’s key consultants for four years, searching high and low for suitable candidates. He is tenacious, focused and diligent when sourcing, profiling and matching the cultural, technical and general demeaner of a candidate required to fill each of our clients' opportunities. Candidates are in secure hands with Owen; he is respectful, knowledgeable and personable, but most of all he listens - and loves nothing better than congratulating candidates when the job offers come.
Max has been working in the National office for three years and in that time has grown a reputation for successfully finding 'needles in haystacks'.
Clients often have a firm idea of what they are looking for and Max delivers each and every time. Working with IT, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and Training companies, Max has placed individuals and built teams, always listening to the brief, understanding the cultural aspect of the company and then delivering on the technical and personality front.

Caroline has been part of the Carousel team since 1995, and over the years has worn hats in Recruitment, Advertising and Marketing. Returning to her roots, Caroline utilises her expertise as a dedicated Account Manager for one of our international digital publishing clients, recruiting bilingual Account Executives for a remote working global team.

Jen is Carousel's Operations Manager; she heads up our temps payroll division and covers all of our administration and HR processes. Jen provides comprehensive support throughout the company and enables Carousel to provide a personal and bespoke service to our temporary staff. Her style is inclusive and approachable which is paramount when communication is key to maintaining a happy work force.
