A message from Carole Pepperell, Carousel Consultancy’s
Managing Director
In view of the current situation with COVID-19 (Coronavirus), I wanted to explain how Carousel Consultancy plans to operate over the coming weeks, even months if necessary.
Thankfully none of the Carousel team has been affected by the virus and we are all undertaking all advised preventative measures to try to ensure it remains that way.
For many years Carousel has embraced remote working with many of our consultants working both from home and the London and Norfolk offices. This stands us in good stead to be able to be fully operational during these unprecedented times and to continue to service our clients and candidates in the manner to which they are accustomed.
Our team members are working remotely with full access to all the technology they need to fulfil their duties.
Carousel is a tight knit team and as such all of the consultants know each other’s client base in detail; our consultants liaise daily and update each other on the status of their vacancies and their clients’ needs. They know each other’s candidates and temporary staff and work together as a unified team on a day-to-day basis, therefore should any of the team be affected by the virus I have every confidence that the rest of the team will be able to undertake their responsibilities, maintaining consistency and professionalism.
We are advising all of our staff and candidates to follow the government’s advice and guidelines and to regularly check for updates.
The situation is changing on a daily basis but I want to reassure you that our services will continue to function as close to normal as possible.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any queries.
Wishing you all good health,
Carole
