Channel Sales Manager – Europe

Channel Sales / Business Development Manager – International Tech Scaleup – Consumer Electronics – Germany, France, Italy or Russia – up to €80,000 

We are on the hunt for highly experienced and successful Channel Sales Managers / Business Development Managers to join an international tech scaleup in Germany, France, Italy or Russia.

Being responsible for the field sales channel development, the Channel Sales Manager will manage the local channel planning and sales strategy development, customising sales plans and achieving sales targets in key sales channels for their region. 

We’re looking for focused and driven individuals who possess a successful sales record with consumer electronics retailers and fluency in the local language (German, French, Italian or Russian) and English. Mandarin language skills would be an added bonus! 

 

Key responsibilities as the Channel Sales Manager will include: 

  • Managing the field sales channel development for their region (Germany, France, Italy or Russia)
  • Managing the local channel planning and sales strategy development
  • Customising sales plans and achieving sales targets for their region
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail channel partners
  • Planning and managing the promotion strategy of retail channel marketing campaigns 
  • Leading local promotion roadshows, new product release conferences, regional exhibitions and dealer partner plan developments
  • Collating and analysing market and competitor data
  • Undertaking responsibility for the sales process for clients including payment tracking and the delivery of goods

What we’re looking for: 

  • Demonstrable success in a similar Channel Sales / Business Development Manager in a consumer electronics sales environment
  • Extensive experience building relationships with consumer electronics retailers
  • Fluency in local language (German, French, Italian or Russian) and English
  • Degree in Economics, International Trade or related sales is advantageous
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain business relationships
  • Strong business acumen 
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • IT literate with excellent MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Eligibility to work in Germany, France, Italy or Russia
