Corporate Receptionist / 5* Front of House – Mon to Fri – City of London – £28k-£30k + great bonus and amazing benefits

We have a fabulous opportunity available for an experienced Corporate Receptionist / 5* Front of House Executive, with a polished, professional and proactive nature, to join a fantastic company in their stunning City of London offices.

Our client is offering a competitive salary (c£28k-£30k), 25 days annual leave (+ Bank Holidays), training and career development events, departmental social events, wellness programmes, employee assistance program and more! 

This is an office based role (in fabulous offices in the City), working an 8 hour day (with 1 hour lunch break), Monday to Friday. Standard hours are likely to be 8am – 5pm, although flexibility will be needed to cover other reception hours if needed (Reception is open from 7am – 7pm).

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous Reception / Front of House / Brand Ambassador / Corporate Hospitality or 5* Hospitality experience  
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
  • The desire to be a positive ambassador for the organisation – meeting and greeting clients and visitors continuously throughout the day
  • Professional level of personal presentation 
  • Highly reliable and conscientious nature with excellent timekeeping
  • Driven to provide a high level of client / customer service at all times
  • Proactive and energetic ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Team player who enjoys using their initiative
  • Flexible nature
  • Organised, diligent, meticulous and able to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills including MS Office (including Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Immediate / imminent start is highly beneficial but not essential


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors continuously throughout the day, providing a superior service at all times
  • Answering switchboard calls professionally 
  • Providing a high level of support to clients and visitors as needed
  • Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms maintain a 5* appearance at all times
  • Managing meeting room bookings, coordinating the diaries and ensuring adequate turnaround time for the rooms
  • Handling all client emails, phone and in-person requests in a professional manner
  • Providing refreshments for clients and visitors
  • Arranging couriers and receiving parcels
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Bring a proactive ambassador for the company
