Executive Assistant – Thailand – c£30k -£40k (c120,000THB/month)

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for an exciting EA opportunity in Thailand? 

Perhaps you’re bored of the daily grind in London and are looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work abroad where you can fully utilise your EA skills and experience?

We’re seeking a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant / PA with impeccable attention to detail, sound IT skills and fluent Thai, to join a global organisation in their Bangkok office. 

This role would suit someone who has experience working in a 1:1 role where they are the right hand to a senior manager.
This role will often be privy to confidential information and as such requires diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality. 

Our client will be able to assist with any necessary visa applications. 

Key duties as the Executive Assistant will include: 

  • Providing high-level, confidential support 
  • Managing and coordinating the CEO’s schedule, ensuring he is adequately prepared and is briefed on his daily schedule
  • Preparing for senior management meetings
  • Extensive diary management
  • International and domestic travel arrangements
  • Some travel with the CEO may be required 
  • Project support
  • General administrative / secretarial support
  • Plus more!

What we’re looking for in suitable candidates: 

  • Previous EA / PA experience at senior management level
  • Fluent Thai and English (written and spoken)
  • Highly organised and proactive nature – always one step ahead
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
  • IT literate including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Ability to deal professionally with confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to relocate to Thailand
