German Business Development Executive

GERMAN SPEAKING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES EXECUTIVE – FULLY REMOTE WORKING – up to c£40k OTE

  • Fluent German essential
  • Fluent French / Portuguese a bonus!
  • £24-28K basic + achievable bonus of at least £9,000 in year one

This newly created German speaking Business Development Sales Executive position is an attractive work from home opportunity for a results-driven, highly competitive individual ideally with sales experience within a B2B environment.  An understanding of the data / digital information / business intelligence industry would be an advantage. 

This position is part of a close-knit, albeit remote working team. You will create and close new business opportunities by selling a portfolio of digital products to new and lapsed renewal customers in Germany by telephone and online communication. Your activity will be recorded on SalesForce CRM system so previous experience using SalesForce or similar will be beneficial.  Bonus is paid on achieving KPIs as well as converting new business.

If you show you have a strong work ethic, flexible working is supported, so you’ll be able to work around commitments you may have, such as the school run as an example! 


German speaking Business Development Sales Executive requirements:

  • Fluent German
  • Ideally sales, telesales, BD experience
  • Experience working to KPIs
  • Good analytical and Excel skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Results driven
  • Strong work ethic and self motivation
  • Exceptional communication both spoken and written
  • Ability to think and respond quickly
  • Persuasive approach with excellent listening skills
  • Professional, confident nature
