We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Executive, with experience in a professional services environment (ideally within a law firm), to join the marketing team of a leading City law firm. 

The Marketing Content & Communications Executive will support on a range of activities including marketing collateral production, social media campaigns, event coordination, website content and PR. 

In a nutshell: We’re looking for someone with experience in marketing and communications in a professional services environment. You will be creative and curious yet business savvy and focused with a proactive and professional nature and a ‘can-do’ attitude.

Key responsibilities as the Marketing Content & Communications Executive will include: 

  • Supporting the creation and implementation of multi-channel campaigns 
  • Assisting in the creation of compelling content
  • Assisting in the development of the content marketing calendar (email marketing, social media, podcasts and events)
  • Managing project timelines 
  • Writing, editing and producing marketing communications including updates, brochures, newsletters and web copy
  • Coordinating and managing events
  • Planning and managing strategic partnerships, sponsorship and advertising opportunities
  • Internal communications
  • Evaluating and reporting success metrics for campaigns

What we’re looking for: 

  • Relevant marketing and communications experience within a professional services organisation (law firm experience is beneficial) 
  • Good academics – a degree / marketing qualification is highly beneficial
  • Experienced in undertaking a broad range of marketing and communications activities
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels effectively 
  • Creative mindset and ability to think broadly using initiative and curiosity
  • Impeccable organisation and attention to detail
  • Good project / content and campaign management experience
  • Data analysis skills 
  • IT literate including MS Office (essential) and database management 
  • Professional, proactive, creative and enthusiastic team player
