Office Administrator / Receptionist – 3 month FTC – West Hampstead – Immediate Start!

We are looking for a proactive, reliable and conscientious Office Administrator / Receptionist to undertake a 3 month Fixed Term Contract at a property company in West Hampstead. 

This role is all about personality and attitude and would be perfect for a locally based, willing and outgoing Administrator to get involved in supporting the friendly team with preparing properties for market launch. 

Hours: 9am to 6pm OR 10am to 7pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5.30pm OR 10am – 6.30am on Fridays (alternate weeks).
This position involves working every other Saturday from 10am to 3pm.

Key responsibilities as the Office Administrator / Receptionist will include:

  • Traditional reception responsibilities including taking and diverting calls
  • Providing admin support to a Director and team of four
  • Preparing properties for market launch: adding properties to database, organising photography and floor plans and other details as required
  • Maintaining property portals
  • Printing marketing material
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Dealing with post, couriers and deliveries
  • Maintaining office supplies including stationery, equipment etc
  • Preparing letters to vendors and tenants
  • Some equipment / IT troubleshooting
  • Logging software, IT or telephone issues with third party support
  • Managing keys (signing property keys in and out and maintaining a log)

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous Administration / Reception experience within a busy sales / office environment
  • Confident communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Helpful, can-do attitude
  • Proactive team player
  • Highly organised with a ‘hands-on’ approach
  • Punctual, reliable, conscientious and professional 
  • IT literate – MS Office and accurate typing
  • Strong eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to commit to a 3 month Fixed Term Contract
  • Within 40 minute commute to West Hampstead, NW6
