Sales Administrator – International Scaleup

Sales Administrator – Circular Economy Scaleup – London / Hybrid Working – up to £30k

We are looking for a passionate, flexible and proactive Sales Administrator / Sales Support Executive to join a truly exciting circular economy company in the midst of international expansion.

Supporting the International Sales Managers, the Sales Administrator will undertake a variety of sales administration duties, therefore the role would suit someone who has 2-3 years+ experience of sales administration, sales support, internal sales coordination or sales account management.
You will be focused, flexible and proactive, and eager to work in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment. Fluent English is required and if you possess French language skills that would be a distinct advantage!

Key responsibilities as the Sales Administrator will include:

  • Management of the entire administration for the sales process
  • Preparing sales files
  • Encoding sales orders
  • Ensuring sales order details are sent to processing centres
  • Contacting customers to update them on their order shipping details
  • Issuing customer invoices
  • Managing he after-sales process – returning devices in inventory, issuing credit notes and reporting on common reasons for returns
  • Following up with processing centres repairing devices
  • Liaising with customers
  • Providing support to managers as needed


What we’re looking for:

  • Relevant experience in a similar sales support role (2-3 years+)
  • Experience in the tech sales sector is beneficial
  • Fluent English; French language skills are highly beneficial
  • Client focused with excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working in a startup or dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
  • Flexible and willing to take on projects as needed
  • IT literate
  • Dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic nature
