Startup Support Coordinator – B2B – Successful Startup Organisation – Central London – £22k 

We’re recruiting for a successful startup global mergers and acquisitions organisation, with a small but dynamic Central London office, who are looking for a Support Coordinator / Administrator with a strong interest in small businesses.

We’re looking for a graduate calibre individual who is discrete and confidential, someone highly organised with an aptitude for problem-solving and proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time.

This role would suit a self-motivated, enthusiastic and personable Graduate / Graduate calibre individual who is eager to support a busy B2B broker team.

Key responsibilities as the Startup Support Coordinator will include: 

  • Managing the buyer communication process on listings
  • Fielding buyer inquiries, screening buyers and performing initial phone conversations and qualifications
  • Tracking and managing all buyer activity within the sales CRM
  • Communicating regularly with brokers
  • General departmental administration including maintaining the CRM system, compiling documentation and information and undertaking research
  • Developing and organising seminars
  • Social media management and supporting the marketing calendar

What we’re looking for: 

  • Graduate / graduate calibre individual with a keen interest in business
  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality
  • Previous experience in a business support / sales support / office administration role would be advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office; email marketing systems and social media platform knowledge would be beneficial
  • Highly organised nature
  • Incredible eye for detail and accuracy
  • Positive, flexible and proactive
  • This role has the potential to travel to both the USA and around the UK, so flexibility to travel would be beneficial
