We are excited to be recruiting for a global brand with offices based in Central London. Our client is a leader in their field and they are offering a competitive salary and benefits package for the successful candidate. 

We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Administrator / Supply Chain Administrator to join their busy team. 

Assisting with all aspects of the product life cycle including data maintenance, ordering, returning, customer service and data analysis, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations and supply activities. 

Key responsibilities as the Retail Operations Administrator / Supply Chain Administrator will include: 

  • Supporting the Supply Chain Manager
  • Reviewing daily sales data and generating replenishment orders – ensuring targets are maintained
  • Setting up and maintaining core data for price, items, stores and customers
  • Maintaining data integrity
  • Planning and forecasting sales
  • Assisting in Range and Demand Planning
  • Providing retailers and internal sales teams with account analysis information
  • Managing stock movement between suppliers and warehouses, ensuring orders are fulfilled and unused overstock is returned
  • Maintaining weekly delivery KPI reports

Skills and experience we’re looking for: 

  • Proven experience in a similar retail operations or supply chain role
  • Ability to interpret data and analysis
  • Working knowledge of data processing tools (including Excel and Word)
  • Working knowledge of pricing, invoicing and consignment practices
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Confident communication skills 
  • Process-driven, methodical and meticulous
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bright team player
