Team Administrator – Global Property Co. Dublin, Ireland – up to €35k + benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Team Administrator, with solid MS Office, excellent communication skills and previous experience in a professional services environment, to join a global property company in their Dublin offices.

Joining a vibrant administration team, the Team Administrator will work alongside various teams within the Valuation and Advisory department, providing general secretarial, administrative and financial support to Directors and their teams.

 

Key responsibilities as the Team Administrator will include:

  • Completing job opening forms and registering on appropriate systems
  • Typing and formatting correspondence and reports
  • Creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations
  • Research activities
  • Creating various documentation for inclusion in reports, using various systems
  • Raising invoices/credit notes
  • Managing the team’s records and forecasting
  • Coordinating meetings and booking meeting rooms
  • Proactive management of contact databases
  • File management
  • And more!

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Team Administrator / Team Secretary role in a professional services environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint needed)
  • Excellent business English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
  • Highly organised and efficient nature
  • Proactive, problem-solving and positive nature
  • Team player
