Carousel Consultancy operates a transparent, success-based fee structure.
For permanent and contract recruitment, clients only pay an introductory fee once a suitable candidate has been successfully appointed.
As standard, our fee includes the full recruitment process: candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checking and offer negotiation and support. Clients are invoiced only for vacancies we successfully fill, ensuring clear alignment between performance and cost.
For temporary recruitment and payroll services, we charge an agreed hourly rate. This rate includes the candidate's hourly pay, National Insurance contributions, holiday pay and all associated payroll and administration costs, providing clarity and compliance throughout the assignment.
You are welcome to share a job description with us and we can begin the recruitment process from there. However, we strongly believe that meeting our clients is a critical part of delivering successful recruitment outcomes.

Carousel Consultancy offers a transparent rebate scheme to provide additional reassurance when recruiting.
If a placed candidate leaves or does not meet expectations within the agreed guarantee period, we will refund a proportion of the recruitment fee.
The rebate amount is calculated based on the length of time the candidate was employed and is subject to the original invoice having been paid in accordance with agreed terms.

Yes. Carousel Consultancy provides a fully managed temporary payroll service through our dedicated Temporaries division.
We support clients by handling the full payroll administration for temporary staff, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency throughout the assignment.
Our temporary payroll services include processing weekly or monthly pay, managing National Insurance and statutory deductions, administering holiday pay and ensuring all employment and regulatory requirements are met.
This allows clients to focus on their core business while we manage the operational and administrative aspects of temporary staffing.
