Sales Manager or Senior Sales ExecutiveAesthetics Training Programmes – Miami, Florida / Remote Working (US)c$85,000 – $100,000+ base salary (DoE) + generous commission

We’re on the hunt for a highly successful telephone-based Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive, with demonstrable experience selling aesthetics training programmes, to join an award-winning, international aesthetic training academy in the US.

 

The Role:

This is an incredible opportunity to join a well-established, international organisation with rapid-growth plans, where there will be real opportunity for excellent career progression.

The role requires following up warm inbound leads and converting enquiries from individuals and organisations into successful training course bookings, it does not require cold calling; we are looking for someone with demonstrable experience working in a similar sales role with solid knowledge and understanding of selling aesthetics training courses.

This is a newly created role that will offer the distinct advantage of working with closely with the organisation’s founders and management team, supporting business growth across the US.

Our client is offering a highly competitive base salary and a very generous commission / bonus scheme (uncapped OTE).
This role can be office based (Miami), hybrid working or fully remote (in the US), depending on the successful candidate’s preference.

 

Key responsibilities as the Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager will include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound enquiries to potential training delegates
  • Representing the organisation’s brand at all times, ensuring a professional
  • Identifying customer’s needs, clarifying information and providing solutions and/or alternatives
  • Actively up-selling products when applicable
  • Ensuring effective communication with delegates at all times
  • Maintaining all relevant documentation and accurate records
  • Working closely with the organisation’s founders and senior management team

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven success in a similar, telephone-based aesthetics training course sales role
  • Demonstrable success in a warm sales environment and a track record of achieving / over-achieving targets
  • Results-driven sales professional with ability to build positive relationships
  • Objection handling expertise
  • Ability to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Passionate about business growth
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Active listening skills
  • Confident, supportive and proactive nature
  • IT literate with experience using databases / CRMs and MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
