Executive Operations Lead / EA – Office Based – Central London – £50k-£70k + great benefits

We are on the hunt for a dynamic, proactive and focused PA / EA to undertake a newly created role as the Executive Operations Lead, supporting the CEO of a highly successful organisation. 

This unique role will suit a PA / EA who thrives working in high-performance, high-expectation environments. Leading the operational support around the CEO, the PA / EA will oversee routines, schedules, logistics and priorities to ensure consistency across all daily actives. Utilising your strong organisational skills and attention to detail, you will maintain oversight of all the CEO’s commitments and workflows, ensuring alignment across both personal and professional priorities, allowing the CEO to maintain their focus on strategic leadership and decision-making.
With a discrete and confidential nature, a mature attitude, professional communication skills and sound judgement, you will be able to operate confidently in fast-paced, ever-changing environments with clarity and resilience.

 

Key responsibilities as the Executive Operations Lead (PA/EA) will include: 

  • Providing key 1:1 support to the CEO, remaining two-steps ahead at all times
  • Managing and optimising the CEO’s diary 
  • Overseeing all national and international travel, ensuring seamless coordination and planning 
  • Managing emails/inboxes and maintaining clear prioritisation
  • Preparing all meeting materials, producing briefing notes and ensuring actions are tracked and delivered
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and internal departments
  • Acting as a gatekeeper to the CEO 
  • Managing 2 x Team Assistants in the CEO’s office, who provide further day-to-day support to the CEO


What we’re looking for: 

  • Demonstrable experience in fast-paced, strategic PA / EA roles supporting C-Suite / Directors
  • Confidential nature with ability to operate confidently in high-pressure environments
  • Highly organised with the ability to bring structure and discipline to a busy working environment
  • Extensive diary management experience
  • National and international travel coordination experience
  • Experienced in supporting senior level individuals both professionally and personally 
  • Ability to remain two-steps ahead, anticipating needs and communicating potential issues early
  • Ability to proactively support and use own initiative 
  • Calm under pressure with ability to focus on practical solutions 
  • Professional, discrete, reliable and conscientious 
  • Pride in own appearance and comfortable wearing business attire
  • Happy in an office-based role, Monday to Friday
