Implementation & Delivery Manager – Rapid-growth FinTech AI Platform – London / Hybrid – Highly competitive salary

We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Implementation and Delivery Manager, with a FinTech background, experience in onboarding and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, to join a fantastic Fintech AI Platform as soon as possible.

The Opportunity:
This is the perfect opportunity to join an immediately successful fintech, in a crucial role that is intrinsic to ensuring ongoing success.
The Implementation and Delivery Manager will undertake a hands-on delivery role in a small, senior team. You will run several concurrent implementations end-to-end, be the client’s key point of contact and own the journey from signed contract to go-live.

Working closely with the Sales and Engineering teams, you will be the voice of delivery internally, feeding back what you learn onsite into product, connectivity and the go-live playbook.

We’re looking for individuals who have a proven track record of running multiple concurrent implementation projects within treasury, payments, banking or finance software to corporate clients. You will be comfortable dealing with senior-level finance professionals (Treasurers, Controllers and CFOs) and will proactively own outcomes, not tickets – you would rather fix the playbook than repeat a workaround.

 

Key responsibilities as the Implementation and Delivery Manager will include:

  • Implementation delivery – running implementations end-to-end, leading the discovery, coordinating the connectivity, configuring accounts, and owning go-live readiness
  • Project governance – maintaining a clear plan, running weekly client project calls and internal delivery stand-ups, controlling scope against what was sold and tracking implementation revenue milestones
  • Managing client relationships – acting as the trusted point of contact from contract signature to steady state, training users, producing the client-specific runbooks and handover pack and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Internal coordination and improvement – challenging gaps in scope or assumptions before kick-off, feeding product gaps, connectivity issues or recurring issues back to Engineering and Product, owning and improving the implementation playbook and contributing delivery content to RFP responses and client due diligence
  • AI delivery – mapping client’s current workflows and designing automation, starting with automations that deliver early, visible wins; helping finance teams to build trust in agent-driven work

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience implementing or delivering treasury, payments, banking or finance software to corporate clients – c4+ years
  • Experience working at a TMS or bank implementing for enterprise clients is highly advantageous
  • Working knowledge of corporate treasury, FX and investments, intercompany and in-house banking
  • Experience onboarding bank connectivity
  • Solid track record of running multiple concurrent implementation / delivery projects
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience liaising with senior-level financial professionals
  • Exposure to ERP integrations and accounting close processes is beneficial
  • Experience of, or keen interest in, AI, AI-assisted or agent-driven workflows is desirable
  • Hands-on experience of configuration, data mapping and UAT
  • Calm approach – calm under go-live pressure
  • Good business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
  • Highly ambitious, driven and focused
