We are on the hunt for a dynamic, experienced, team focused, business savvy Central Sales Manager to join a fast-paced, successful group of companies based in Central London.

As the Central Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue across the group of companies, with your key focus being on winning new business, nurturing client relationships and showcasing the company’s offering to prospective clients.

Our client is offering a competitive salary of between £35k – £40K plus exceptional bonus scheme, 25 days annual leave plus BH, enhanced pension scheme, an onsite gym and employee assistance programme, company socials, STL and more.

This role is based in stunning offices in the City but will require travel throughout London as required.

Key responsibilities as the Sales Manager will include:

  • Lead, mentor and motivate the Central Sales Team to achieve and exceed company sales targets and KPIs
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process across multiple business centres, ensuring all leads, tours and deals are handled efficiently and professionally
  • Analyse team performance and pipeline data, implementing strategies to increase conversion rates and occupancy levels
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimise lead generation, campaigns and digital activity
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and corporate partners to drive new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and skill development sessions for sales executives
  • Provide clear and concise reporting to the Commercial and Operations Directors on sales trends, pipeline performance and forecasting
  • Ensure the team maintains an exceptional client experience from initial enquiry through to contract signing
  • Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times, promoting the brand in line with company values
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless coordination and client satisfaction
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and conversion metrics
  • Take ownership of portfolio performance, ensuring each centre achieves or exceeds budgeted occupancy and revenue targets
