Key responsibilities as the Investor Relations Assistant will include:

  • Client relationship management, acting as the first point of contact for new and existing clients
  • Investor onboarding and reporting, coordinating the onboarding process for new investors adhering to all KYC/AML regulations
  • Maintaining accurate up to date client records on the CRM system
  • Supporting event coordination – scheduling investor meetings, preparing agendas, liaising with third-party providers and more
  • Managing extensive diaries across several time zones
  • Management of multiple email inboxes
  • Undertaking research as required
  • Preparing presentations, reports and summaries
  • Preparing Investor reports
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas and presentations
  • Preparing and distributing marketing materials including pitch decks, press releases, fact sheets etc.

And much more!

What we’re looking for:

  • Relevant client-facing experience, ideally within a professional services organisation
  • Experience in financial services / investor relations is highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of AML and KYC is advantageous
  • Proven administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally at all levels
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred
  • Ability to work independently without supervision and as part of a team
