Client Onboarding Senior Associate – Financial Services – Central London / Hybrid – Competitive Salary and generous benefits (incl. bonus)
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Client Onboarding Associate, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and c3+ years’ experience in a similar financial services role, to join a fantastic investment organisation based in truly stunning offices in Central London as their Client Onboarding Senior Associate.
Joining a dynamic Investor Relations team, the Client Onboarding Senior Associate will oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of their team which provides support to clients, investors and financial advisors. As well as handling client complaints and reviewing AML documentation, you will support the team in application processing and audits and also undertake training for new starters and assist with hiring, so we’re looking for an incredibly accurate, detail-minded and meticulous individual with some supervisory experience, excellent communication skills and a proactive, rather than reactive, nature.

Standard hours are 9am – 5pm.
Key responsibilities as the Investment Client Onboarding Senior Associate will include:
- Line managing a team of Onboarding Executives
- Handling any client complaints and escalations
- Quality checking fund allotment and adviser fee payment schedules
- Processing new client applications
- Conducting reviews of AML documentation
- Supporting the team with application processing and audits when required
- Leading training for team members and new starters
- Liaising with clients, internal departments and 3rd parties

What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years work experience in a similar Client Onboarding roles within financial services
- Degree in a Finance or Business (or similar)
- IMC qualification is desirable
- Line management / supervisory experience
- Impeccable communication skills (written and spoken) with strong customer service capabilities and the ability to liaise confidently and professionally at all levels both verbally and in writing
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in optimising processes and ability to contribute new ideas is advantageous
- Strong IT literacy including MS Office (Word & Excel and essential)
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise busy workloads
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proactive and flexible team player
